Cancelation policy
A 50% deposit is required to hold your dates for a shoot at NOVA Studios. This deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the scheduled shoot; after that point, it becomes non-refundable. The remaining balance is automatically charged 3 days before the shoot to confirm the booking, and once charged, the total rental fee is non-refundable. Please note that any booking confirmed through a challenge request for a specific date is non-refundable once accepted. Our event rentals follow a separate cancellation policy—for details, please email contact@novastudios.la
